1. Agreement to Terms

• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Platform

SINCE ALL CURRENCY ON THE PLATFORM IS VIRTUAL WITH NO REAL VALUE, NO ACTUAL MONETARY LOSSES ARE POSSIBLE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuroraMapleNest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Any locally stored game data may be deleted
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
